Meinhardt & China Construction Yangtze River ink MOU to collaborate on iconic infrastructure and building projects in Southeast Asia and the Middle East

Meinhardt Singapore Pte Ltd (MSPL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) (CCYRM), a subsidiary of China’s largest investment construction group China State Construction Engineering Corporation, to collaborate on iconic infrastructure and building developments in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Kuala Lumpur, September 5, 2018 – Global engineering and infrastructure consultancy firm Meinhardt Singapore Pte Ltd (MSPL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) (CCYRM), a subsidiary of China’s largest investment construction group China State Construction Engineering Corporation, to collaborate on iconic infrastructure and building developments in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Under the MOU, Meinhardt will complement CCYRM with its full suite of integrated planning, design, project management as well as commercial advisory expertise through Meinhardt’s commercial advisory and investment arm, MGI Capital, for infrastructure and building developments internationally.

Held at Meinhardt Kuala Lumpur, the signatories to the MOU were Mr Zhou Yong, Managing Director of China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) and Mr Omar Shahzad, Group CEO of Meinhardt Group.
