Asia Square comprises of two towers. Together, they offer two million sq ft of Grade A office space, 60,000 sq ft of retail, a 280-room Westin hotel and a open public space.

This mixed-use development is designed with energy conserving technologies such as solar PV panels, chilled water supply for air-conditioning, and intelligent lighting management system.

The award winning development scooped the 2012 BCA Design and Engineering Safety Excellence Awards (Merit) and BCA Green Mark Platinum Award. In 2009, it was awarded the LEED Gold Certification from the US Green Building Council.

After the successful completion of Asia Square Tower 1, Meinhardt was contracted, together with Hyunda Engineering & Construction, to undertake the design and build engineering services for Tower 2.
