Meinhardt was awarded the Project Management & Full Design Consultancy (Structural, Civil, Environmental and Architectural) for HAECO new heavy maintenance Hangar 3A Master Planning of Light Maintenance Hangar 3B at CLK Airport. Hangar 3A can accommodate 2 wide body aircraft and a fully covered nose in aircraft with the use of the existing Mobile Tail Enclosure (MTE) and is designed to accommodate all kinds of aircraft that HAECO’s Base Maintenance is currently handling plus allowances for the B747-8.  The depth of the Hangar is extended to cater for high potential inputs of B777-300 and A340-600 in the future.
