Meinhardt is providing civil and structural engineering consultancy for this S$150 million mixed-use development at 60/A Collyer Quay. The project comprises a new 18-storey office tower with gross floor area of 500,000 sqft on the existing OUE Building site and conservation/retrofitting of Change Alley Aerial Plaza at Collyer Quay Singapore. When completed in 2009, the new development will be fronting Singapore’s city skyline.
