Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll tackle complex challenges through creative thinking, delivering impactful design solutions across various mediums. Your role involves interpreting team and client needs to create visually compelling graphics. You’ll collaborate with the SUIT (Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Transformation) team, integrating diverse disciplines and technical data to deliver high-value outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the project team on research development and analysis for smart city projects.
  • Work along with the team of other subject matter specialists in design and detailing of solutions.
  • Taking design briefs to understand requirements
  • Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Designing and producing collateral/ marketing material in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions and incorporating feedback into the final design
  • Development of proposals and presentations template
  • Support in Bids and Pursuits preparation
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphics capacity.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to the transformation of communities, cities, and nations through design, planning, and infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Architecture, Urban Design, or proficiency in 3D software skills such as Sketchup is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to leverage advanced features, create templates, and drive innovation, especially in InDesign. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing proposals, talk decks, signage, and diagrams.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse disciplines.
