The project comprises a 16-storey internally column-free prime A-Grade office block, with 7 levels of podium carpark and insitu conservation of 19 units of existing shophouses for adaptive reuse as boutique offices. The 16-storey office tower incorporates large span (up to 20m) internally column-free floor layout, offering usable floor plates of typically 30,000 sqft.
