Meinhardt was the Lead Consultant and provided Civil, Structural and MEP Engineering. This Lube Oil Blending Plant comprises a 13 tank storage farm, 2-storey office building, and blending vessels for base oil and additives.

Meinhardt also designed and supervised the construction of a 7km, twin 200mm underground oil pipeline and pumping system.
