Comprising of two identical 30-storey residential towers with a total of 190 units with service core for all units, all on 31,200 square metres of land.

At the first storey, the towers are surrounded by an environmental deck that boasts a lush and green landscape with an intersecting water feature whilst the basement serves as the vehicle drop-off point, main carpark area and M&E rooms.

The residential towers have unusually high slender ratio of 8.15 which is much higher than many of the skyscrapers in the South-East Asia region. This aspect ratio has not only helped in materializing the slenderness of the two towers, it has also made the development one of the most challenging projects in terms of building stiffness. For this development, Meinhardt provided civil and structural engineering services.

The development is the recipient of BCA Best Buildable Design Awards 2004.
