The redevelopment of No. 1 Shenton Way involves the demolition of an existing office building at the heart of Singapore’s CBD (Shenton Way) and the design and construction of a mixed use development of up to 50 levels on a site area of 3,750 sqm.
Meinhardt Singapore are providing civil and structural engineering consultancy for the mixed use development that comprises 2 Residential Towers (50 and 43 storey’s respectively) and a podium housing a 6 level multistorey carpark and 1 level of commercial space.
Link bridges designed using composite steel will link the two residential towers.
